Delivery and Support

Delivery Area

We currently deliver within:

• Cork City
• Mallow
• Selected surrounding areas

Customers can verify delivery availability directly during the ordering process by entering their Eircode in the Order section of the website.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries take place twice per week, following our baking cycle.

Typical delivery days:

• Friday
• Saturday

Delivery window:
13:00 – 19:00

Customers will receive confirmation once their order has been scheduled.

Order Preparation

All products are prepared in small batches.

Orders are handled as pre-orders, which means:

• Baking starts after orders are collected
• Preparation usually requires 2–4 days
• This ensures freshness and reduces waste

Orders placed after the weekly cut-off will be automatically scheduled for the following delivery cycle.

Order Cut-Off Time

To be included in the current week's delivery:

Orders must be placed by:
Wednesday — 20:00

Quality Guarantee

Because our products are freshly baked food items, returns cannot be accepted once delivery has been completed.

However, if something is not right, we will always take responsibility.

We will replace or refund products in case of:

• damaged goods
• incorrect order
• quality concerns
